Privacy Policy

How VENCHES DIGITAL LLC collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data, and the rights you have over it under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA.

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Who we are

VENCHES DIGITAL LLC ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered in Montana, USA, and can be reached at support@venchesdigital.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and fulfil orders.

Information you give us

  • Name and email address, when you submit an order request or contact form.
  • Project or usage details you choose to include in your message.
  • The product or package associated with your request.
  • Billing details you supply during invoicing, handled by our payment provider.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic server log data, including IP address, browser type and request timestamps.
  • Aggregate page-level analytics, where enabled, used only in non-identifying form.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, and we do not sell personal data.

3. How we use your data

  • To review, confirm and fulfil your order request.
  • To issue invoices, licence keys and download links.
  • To respond to support, billing and refund enquiries.
  • To send transactional messages about a product you have licensed.
  • To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
  • To detect, prevent and investigate fraud or misuse.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to process and deliver your order.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve our business, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation — to retain financial records as required by law.
  • Consent — for optional marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

  • Email delivery providers, to send transactional messages.
  • Payment processors, to issue and collect invoices.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers, to operate this website.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States, so data you provide is processed there. Where data is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law, typically seven years. Support correspondence is retained for up to three years. Data no longer needed is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

8. Security

This website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption in transit. Access to personal data is limited to personnel who need it, and submitted requests are stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of your data, where no legal basis requires us to keep it.
  • Restrict or object to our processing of your data.
  • Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Your rights under the CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and disclosed; the right to request deletion; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

11. Exercising your rights

To exercise any right, email support@venchesdigital.com from the address associated with your request. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days, or within 45 days for CCPA requests where an extension is permitted. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

12. Cookies

We use only cookies and local storage strictly necessary to operate the site and keep it secure. We do not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party advertising trackers. Blocking storage in your browser will not prevent you from using the site.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, with an updated revision date. We will notify you of material changes by email where we hold your address for that purpose.
